At WeAce, we are proud to present our Top 12 He for She Trailblazers, a list where we feature and celebrate the spirit of leaders who are at the forefront of driving DEI at their workplaces or with the work they do with organisations as allies and champions of change.
This list has been curated based on our experience of working with, and following the work of, influential leaders who are making a real difference. Our board has carefully considered leaders from over 100+ companies and their efforts towards development through mentoring and coaching, culture driving initiatives that they’ve led, and their contribution towards shaping conversations and ideas around balancing workplaces to progress this agenda.
